U.S. Premier of Fasch's Mass for 16 Voices
Choral Concert
The Brandywine Singers are excited to premier this fascinating work by Carl Friedrich Christian Fasch. This classical choral work has sixteen vocal lines that weave in and out to create a musical experience you will not want to miss. This premier concert will also include the luscious Poulenc’s Lenten Motets.
Please join us 20 minutes before the performance for a pre-concert chat with Ryan Kelly, editor of the Fasch Mass.
The Brandywine Singers is a non-profit choral ensemble based in West Chester, Pennsylvania under the direction of Jonathan Kreamer. The singers present repertoire from over 700 years of choral music and have partnered with many leading arts organizations in the Philadelphia area.
The concerts will be held on March 12 at 7:00PM at The Presbyterian Church of Chestnut Hill and March 13 at 4:00PM at Saint Francis in the Fields, Malvern.
