An Evening in Spain

Join chef Karen Bentz for an evening of good Spanish food and wine! The menu will feature classic Spanish tapas: artichoke and rice cakes with Manchego cheese, chorizo and cheese tortillas, patatas aioli and albondigas (Spanish meatballs). This class can be enjoyed as a demonstration for those who would like to sit back and relax or can be hands-on for students who want to be actively involved in the cooking. Either way, you'll learn new culinary techniques and enjoy wonderful food with wine!
