As you sip specialty cocktails, walk through the culinary process with Chef Drew as he prepares his bourbon-inspired dishes. To start, Chef Drew has prepared an unique take on the traditional Fish & Chips dish, using local Tile Fish wrapped with thinly sliced potato and fried in a bourbon batter accompanied by a malted dill pickle cole slaw. Hooper’s Island Crab and Watermelon Gazpacho served with a Maryland lump crab, avocado and lime salad will complete the appetizer selection. Expect a mouth-watering Bourbon Braised Short Rib and a Jersey Pan-Fried Chilean Sea Bass, complete with a Jersey Corn and Pepper Salad.
