About The Sandlot (USA, 1993, 101 minutes)
“You’re killin’ me, Smalls!” Scotty Smalls tells his story as the new kid on the block in this family favorite. Urged to make friends, but socially inept, he tries out for the local pickup team to ward off his mother. The ringleader takes the unlikely prospect under his wing, paving the way for antics galore. A highly quotable film with appearances from Karen Allen, James Earl Jones, and Denis Leary.
