Sofitel Dishes Up an Easter Brunch That Will Make You Want to Hop For More!
Bring the family together for a decadent Easter brunch at Sofitel Philadelphia. Executive Chef Edward Hancock fuses local ingredients with seasonal fare to create a Parisian springtime feast in Sofitel’s chic Brasserie. Choose from savory starters including the raw bar; crisp charred octopus; heirloom tomato caprese salad; smoked salmon; charcuterie and a selection of artisanal cheeses – paired with a complimentary glass of French sparkling. The entrée selection will include Sofitel specialties such as grilled mahi mahi and fennel; seared chicken with herb bread pudding; braised short ribs with cipollini onions; and smoked baby carrots topped with salted caramel for an unexpectedly delectable combination. Guests looking for more traditional taste of Easter will enjoy the carving station of glazed ham and garlic roasted prime rib. Pastry Chef Leah Lanteri has also created an array of sweet endings to indulge your palate. Coconut-chocolate Easter eggs, raspberry cream puffs or a sweet white chocolate and hibiscus verrine, layered with whipped mousse and infused with floral hibiscus are just a few of our favorites. Easter Brunch is $55 per person and half price for children under 12 on Sunday, April 21, 2019 from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
