A cheese tasting with Tenaya Darlington of DiBruno Bros. and the blog Madame Fromage, and six Chester County cheese artisans, will be held June 8 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Wyebrook Farm Market in Honey Brook. Participants can meet the farmers enjoy locally crafted cheeses. Participating farms include: Amazing Acres Farm, Birchrun Hills Farm, Conebella Farm, Doe Run Dairy, Shellbark Hollow Farm, and Yellow Springs Farm. A limited amount of cheese will be available for sale in the Wyebrook Farm Market and a small silent auction will also be held to benefit the cheese artisans' cooperative marketing efforts.
