The 2017 Energy Briefing, hosted by the Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC) and the Smart Energy Initiative, will be held Friday, February 24 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. The annual briefing provides business and community leaders valuable insights and direction regarding 2017 energy markets, policies and opportunities, and provides access to the Delaware Valley’s key energy players. The Smart Energy Initiative (SEI) of Southeastern Pennsylvania is a public-private partnership that promotes the growth of the “smart” energy industry in the region by providing workforce and economic development services to partnering companies. SEI services focus on smart grid implementation and innovative use of traditional energy resources.
