The Oxford Outlaws youth travel baseball teams held their second annual Line Drives for the Lighthouse Tournament.  The 11U teams that participated in the tournament included  Oxford Outlaws, West Chester Dragons, TE Tigers and the Akadema Warriors.  Teams in the 12U bracket included  Oxford Outlaws, Solanco Kings, Kennett Square Thunder, Brandywine Indians, BYC, Newtown Squires, Nook Baseball, PA Diamond Nine, Rose Tree Rebels and the South Jersey Bulls.  All teams participating were asked to bring non-perishable food donations to help support the youth programs at Oxford’s Lighthouse Youth Center.  On hand to accept the donation was the center’s Executive Director, Buzz Tyson.  In addition to the five large totes of non-perishables, the Oxford Outlaws made a cash donation to the Youth Center in the amount of $500.  The Outlaws travel baseball program continues to grow in the Oxford area, and the teams continue to support the local community by giving back.   Attendees for the group photo included Buzz Tyson, players from the 10U, 11U and 12U teams, as well as Outlaws coaches.  Oxford’s 11U team finished in second place for their division.  Scheduling for Oxford Outlaws 2015 tournaments is under way.
