Program on knee pain slated on Oct. 23

A free lecture on the causes and treatment options for common knee problems, including knee pain due to osteoarthritis, will be held on Oct. 23 at 7 p.m. at the Herr’s Snack Factory Tour Visitor Center (271 Old Baltimore Pike, Nottingham). 

Presented by orthopedic surgeon Dr. Elliott Leitman, the program will address total joint replacement as well as the new robotic-assisted partial knee replacement procedure now available at Jennersville Regional Hospital in West Grove.

With more than 15 years of experience, Dr. Leitman has expertise in joint replacement, orthopedic trauma, sports medicine and general orthopedics. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is an independent member of the medical staff at Jennersville Regional Hospital.
