Kennett Flash sets winter schedule

The Kennett Flash, recently reopened with a new management team, is busy for the holidays and beyond. The intimate listening room environment has been enhanced with some new sound equipment, and the schedule is packed. The club is at 102 Sycamore Alley in Kennett Square. The schedule includes:

Christine Havrilla and Gypsy Fuzz, with opening act David Stango (Nov. 27, 8 p.m., $18);

First Annual Flash Auction, a benefit event for members and invited guests (Nov. 29, 6:30 p.m.);

In Our Dreams with opening act Blue Bizness (Nov. 30, 8 p.m., $15);

Open Mic Night hosted by Todd Chappelle (Dec. 1, 7 p.m., $4 admission, and $4 BYOB charge);

Adventures in Music Showcase for young singers and performers (Dec. 5, 7:30 p.m., $10);

Organix featuring Dan Orlando (Dec. 6, 7 and 10 p.m., $18);

First Annual Hometown Holiday Show with singer/songwriters Jessica Graae, Rob Dickenson, Billy Penn Burger and Lori Citro (Dec. 7, 8 p.m., $15);

Open Mic Night hosted by Scott Birney (Dec. 8, 7 p.m., $4 admission and $4 BYOB charge);

Ellis Paul with opening acts Brian Medlin and Mariana Bell (Dec. 12, 8 p.m., $20);

Better Than Bacon improv comedy troupe with Roundboy Jim Graham (Dec. 13, 8 p.m., $15);
