Southern Chester County Chamber to hold drawing to benefit victims of Oxford fire

The Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce will hold a $10,000 Golden Ticket raffle that will be drawn on Dec. 13 to benefit the many families who were displaced after a fire on Third Street in Oxford on Sept. 13.
