Meet the Member: 7th Level Mortgage

10/06/2023 12:09PM ● By Haleigh Abbott

7th Level Mortgage began operating in December of 2012, departing from the “Big Lender” model to provide the community with fair, honest, low-cost mortgage loan products and pricing, delivered with a hometown family appeal. The values and goals of 7th Level Mortgage are what led Nick Sandoval to join the team, after leaving 20 years of experience with many national banks. “To get back to the basics I decided to shift my focus onto the Mortgage Loan Officer role.  Through networking I connected with a former colleague, Anthony Piccone, who had started 7th Level Mortgage in 2012.  Anthony is an Army Veteran with over 30 years in the mortgage industry.  Concerned with the lack of product options and non-personal direction the mortgage industry was taking, 7th Level Mortgage was created to be an industry leader delivering various competitive products and assisting customers through the entire application process for the ultimate client experience.   Anthony put together a caring, knowledgeable, hardworking team which was the perfect fit for me.” explains Nick.

Nick moved to Oxford from Brookehaven in 2021. He’s helped a number of Oxford residents obtain home ownership since becoming part of the community. “The Oxford community is amazing. They have welcomed and supported me in building meaningful relationships.  The people of Oxford respect hard work, honesty, and service.” said Nick.

You may also know Nick from one of his many volunteer projects. He recently partnered with Good Neighbors Home Repair (GNHR), raising $4k for the nonprofit by completing an endurance event running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. After the event, he helped GNHR replace two roofs for people in need. Nick also volunteers at The Lighthouse Youth Center, coaches basketball for the Oxford Youth League, and gives out free face painting at First Fridays. His next project is with the Oxford Civic Association on October 15th at 1pm. There will be a 1 mile or 3 mile walk raising money to feed community members in need. Nick’s goals for the future include continued community involvement, setting good examples for his 17 year old son and 12 year old daughter, and delivering paths to homeownership for the community. “Homeownership is the most effective way for Americans to begin building long term wealth and housing stability.  We have mortgage tools for everyone: 1st time buyers, people looking to invest, or those who need to downsize/upsize. As an organization 7th Level Mortgage stays on the cutting edge of products and technology.”
