Philadelphia Foundation awards La Comunidad Hispana $21,500

The Philadelphia Foundation has awarded La Comunidad Hispana $21,500 for an information management system needs assessment.

“This funding will help us better serve the community,” said Margarita Queralt Mirkil, president and chief executive officer of LCH in Kennett Square. “We are working to improve our services and the delivery of them and the grant from The Philadelphia Foundation will greatly help our efforts.”

The grant came from the Milton Apfelbaum Fund of The Philadelphia Foundation. LCH received notification of the award in a letter from foundation president Andrew Swinney.
