Yoga for Anxiety
Is stress, fear, and anxiety interfering with your life? Yoga can help you stay calm and relaxed in daily life. It will support you and awaken the inner strength to face events as they come without getting restless. Learn simple yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation to help you manage anxiety and face life with a new positive outlook.
No yoga experience is needed. Please bring a Yoga mat and water bottle. Chairs and backjacks will be provided.
