Increase range of motion, core body strength, and flexibility through the practice of yoga in a lovely garden setting this fall. Focus on stretching techniques that safely promote proper spinal position, balance, and joint health. No experience is necessary. Bring a yoga mat, and towel, and wear comfortable clothing. (Teen friendly; minors must be accompanied by an enrolled adult.) Sign up for individual classes or come all season long! This program takes place in person at Mt. Cuba Center on Saturdays throughout the fall: 9/7 through 11/9. About the Instructor: John McElderry is a sound therapist and credentialed Yoga Alliance teacher with over 20 years of experience.
