This easy-to-learn set of 20 movements helps relax, reduce chronic pain, and improve balance. Based on the ancient Chinese principles of activation and circulation of energy (chi), T’ai Chi Chih® is an enjoyable program that can be done by anyone.
Enjoy the quiet mornings in the garden with this introductory-level, easy-to-learn set of 20 movements which offer a myriad of benefits including reductions in tension and chronic pain, plus improved balance. Based on the ancient Chinese principles of activation and circulation of energy (chi), T’ai Chi Chih is an adaptive and enjoyable program that can easily be done by anyone, regardless of age or physical ability. Comfortable clothing is recommended. This program takes place in person at Mt. Cuba Center on eight Thursdays: 9/12 through 11/7. No class on Thursday 9/19. About the Instructor: Jessica Lewis, CPT, CNC, is an Accredited T’ai Chi Chih instructor, Master Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutritional Counselor.
