"The proof of the pudding is in the eating." Experience food in the 18th century by preparing a meal in the colonial kitchen. Participants will prepare savory and sweet puddings based on 18th century receipts (recipes) and taste what they’ve created.
"The proof of the pudding is in the eating." Experience food in the 18th century by preparing a meal in the colonial kitchen. Participants will prepare savory and sweet puddings based on 18th century receipts (recipes) and taste what they’ve created. We ask participants to dress appropriately for the weather and wear closed toed shoes. For safety reasons, the minimum age for this workshop is 10 years old. Participants between the ages of 10 and 16 will need to be accompanied by a guardian also participating in the workshop. Workshop will be held Sunday, April 21 from 10 AM until 2 PM at Colonial Pennsylvania Plantation located in Ridley Creek State Park.
