Star Trek, History, and Us with A.J. Black
Part of "Star Trek Screen-Used Props and Costumes," a temporary exhibit at the American Helicopter Museum & Education Center
Since 1966, the Star Trek franchise has used outer space and the thrilling adventures of the crews of the U.S.S. Enterprise to reflect our own world and culture. Star Trek remains about more than just the future. It is about our present. It is about us.
AHMEC is excited to present a unique collection of screen-used and production-made artifacts that span decades, including costumes, weapons, communicators, even pieces of the starship Enterprise! A delight for hard-core Trekkies and casual fans alike, this once-in-a-lifetime exhibit is a chance to peer behind the curtain and see some of the most iconic props from the Star Trek universe. All events will be conducted via Zoom. You can participate onsite at the museum or by using your computer off-site.
