August on a Pennsylvania farm is pure bliss! The very best of summer fruits and vegetables are all ripe at the same time! Corn, tomatoes, squash, eggplant, peppers, peaches, summer apples, blackberries, nectarines, and sunflowers all fill our store and fields. Join us as we celebrate all the summer goodness. We will be offering a leisurely hayride to transport family and friends out to the fields and orchards for some August picking fun. In addition to the picking, Linvilla’s bakery will be offering some delectable treats featuring summer’s goodness.

Our many acres of sunflowers are available for photographs and picking! Be sure to capture that fabulous summer sunflower selfie and grab a few stems for yourself. Nothing brightens a home like a bouquet of fresh sunflowers!

Entertainment for the Festival will be hosted by the one and only Silly Joe! He will be here entertaining the kids singing and making the whole family laugh from 11 am – 4 pm. Silly Joe will be welcoming children’s music and entertainers Cool Beans Music at 11am. Immediately following, kids of ALL ages will enjoy whiling away the afternoon to the classic sounds of Paul Downie and Friends for two sets of music beginning at 1pm.
