Smoking with the Boys: Class #1 the Basics
Learn the basics of how to use a smoker
We’ll cover it all: types of smokers, cuts of meat, varieties of smoke wood, rubs, and sauces. Expect interesting (or irreverent ) discussions (also jokes) as we share techniques and tips with one another. Then we’ll get hands-on as participants set up a smoker and prepare a pork shoulder. No need to wonder what it will taste like, we’ll sample one already made. Once you’ve finished this course, you’ll be on your journey to become a bona fide pit master!
