The West Chester International Short Film Festival occurs the last April of each year in the downtown of the Borough of West Chester. The Festival weekend includes screenings of over 75 international short film, Opening Night Party, Family Film Screening, Youth Filmmaker Screening, Free film workshops, and the Closing Night Awards Party.
