Have lost weight, motivates and concise with technique overall rating
I've been working with Jeannine for almost a year now and I am totally satisfied with her. She is very motivating, concise with technique and form and prompt with her appointments. I've lost many inches as well as pounds. I highly recommend Jeannine as a great personal trainer! Linda G.
I started working out with Jeannine about a year or so ago. I've never worked out consistently before, least of all with a trainer. Jeannine is an awesome person and trainer. She's very patient and encouraging, positive and professional. She pushes you, but not to the point where you feel completely overwhelmed. She's got a great personality and good sense of humor too, which always help to get you through the hour long sessions. I've lost 20 pounds over the last year and my numbers (blood pressure, blood sugars, etc.) have all come down. I've been Type 1 Diabetic for the last 36 years. For the most part I work out with Jeannine 3x per week. We've even gone bike riding and walking together to up the cardio. component of my program. She is worth every penny and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get into better shape and stay there! My husband and I have been working out with Jeannine for a couple of years now and highly recommend her. Jeannine has a great personality and makes our sessions fun. She changes workouts frequently which keeps them interesting and challenging. My husband is more focused on pain management and stretching for his bad back. I am interested in strength training as well as trying to keep the pounds off and we’ve been successful with both our goals. Susan C.
Tremendous help with back pain, no longer exists overall rating
I started working with Jeannine over 3 years ago as a result of back issues stemming from a car accident and two surgeries. My goal was to develop and maintain a strong core to hopefully prevent future back issues. During my time working with Jeannine I was able to meet my goal and am stronger and healthier than I was prior to my initial back issues. One of the things I like most about Jeannine is her focus on what her clients need. She makes sure that her routines are tailored to my specific goals/issues and adjusts them as needed. This can include revising her program and/or temporarily adjusting weights/repetitions if she senses I need a change. She is professional, prompt and reliable. I would recommend her to any of my friends. lisa B.
