Oxford Borough Officials Emphasize Adherence to COVID-19 Guidelines

Oxford Borough Council president Peggy Ann Russell and mayor Phil Harris hand-delivered a letter to local businesses that emphasized the importance of following the guidelines from the Pennsylvania Department of Health established to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
