Chester County OIC is a non-profit organization serving Chester County by providing FREE adult basic literacy education and life skills programs that prepare individuals for employment and economic self-sufficiency. The Adult Tutoring Program partners with the Chester County Library in Exton to provide free one-on-one tutor for adult learners who would like help with English as a Second Language (ESL), reading, writing, math and test preparation. We are seeking volunteers to tutor students virtually via Face time, Zoom, Whats App or telephone for two-three hours per week. Tutor training is provided online through the PA Department of Education. No experience is necessary, but a Bachelor's degree is required.
