Services Offered Engaged Event Management offers their professional planning services for weddings and other momentous life events. We specialize in event management, also referred to as Day of Coordination. We make sure every detail is perfectly executed on our client's behalf. A few highlights included in our event management packages include: • Knowledge sharing related to event preparations beginning immediately • Creation of comprehensive wedding day timeline and setup instructions • In-person consultations and venue walk-throughs • Review of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception floor plans including contingency plans • Attendance at and management of rehearsal • Wedding Day Management includes: o 10 hours of on-site coordination o Unlimited phone, text and email support starting at 7:00am o Transportation management o Vendor communication o Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception setup o Oversee sequence of events in entirety o Gather gifts and pack all wedding supplies at the conclusion of the event
