Stephen Jordan, 36, of Christiana, Pa., was arrested and charged with possession and dissemination of child sexual abuse material, alleged sexual intercourse with an animal, and other related charges on Dec.17, 2025. 

Jordan was remanded to Chester County Prison after failing to post $200,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 15. The criminal complaint indicates that, after receiving a tip, detectives utilized search warrants to track an IP address linked to a Kik account and identified Jordan as the account holder. While reviewing some of the videos associated with the account, detectives located child sexual abuse material and recordings of bestiality. The Chester County detectives is the lead investigative agency and Assistant District Attorney Michael Tomcho is the assigned prosecutor.
