The Oxford Rotary Club recently honored Gabriel Swain and Megan Overbeck as the Students of the Month at Oxford Area High School.
 

Overbeck is a member of the National Honor Society and National English Honor Society. She is also a member of the Student Council, the choir and the dance team. She is a children’s ministry leader at the Church of the Nazarene. Her hobbies include reading, writing and running.

Swain is a member of the National Honor Society and National English Honor Society. He is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Tri-M Music Honor Society. He participates in the Ping Pong Club, plays tennis and swims. He plays the saxophone in the Oxford Marching Band and the Jazz Band. He is also a member of the youth group at Christ Church at the Grove. He works mowing the yard at the Christ Community Fellowship Church.
