The 22nd Annual 55+ Healthy Lifestyle Expo will be held on Thursday, Aug. 8 from 8:30 a.m. to  2 p.m. at the Elkton High School at 110 James Street in Elkton. This event is a collaboration between the Cecil County Department of Community Services and Cecil College’s Lifelong Learning Department. 

The 55+ Healthy Lifestyle Expo is a vibrant event packed with opportunities to connect with community resource representatives and vendors. Dive into engaging conversations about Medicare options, healthy eating, financial planning, local Cecil County history, wellness activities, and so much more. Explore a variety of senior-friendly fitness classes and discover an array of exciting programs tailored to enhance your well-being.

The registration fee is $10, which includes lunch provided by Caffé Gelato.

Additional 22nd Annual 55+ Healthy Lifestyle Expo sponsors include ChristianaCare, Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union, CHEP, Cecil County Health Department, Cecil County Public Library, and the YMCA.  

To register, call Cecil College at 410-287-1078, dial option 6, and then provide course number SCX100-25, or register in person at Cecil College’s Elkton Station, located at 107 Railroad Ave. in Elkton. Registrations are also being accepted at the Healthy Lifestyles Fitness Center at the Cecil County Administration Building, 200 Chesapeake Blvd. in Elkton.
