The former site of the Kennett Square Borough Hall at 120 Marshall Street is being converted into a four-suite boutique hotel that is scheduled to open in April 2024. The historic home, originally designed by the architect George Barber, is owned by interior designer Megan Helmuth, owner and principal designer of Riverwards General and her husband, Brian. The home’s basement will be utilized to offer unique food and beverage to hotel guests and the local community.
