Sen. John Kane hosted a presentation by the Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority at the Kennett Borough Building on Dec. 19 that invited key stakeholders to discuss the future of broadband capability in Chester County and throughout the commonwealth. The event also illuminated the work being done by the Southern Chester County Digital Equity Coalition, a group of local volunteers whose mission is to address and advocate for digital equality, particularly for low-income, non-English speaking and senior members of the community.
