Under gorgeous blue skies and the tantalizing scent of barbecue, hundreds of friends and families celebrated the Fourth Annual Brandywine Backyard BBQ Festival, held April 24 at New Garden Township Park.

Hosted by The Chester County Council, Boy Scouts of America and New Garden Township, the event served as a fundraiser to support local scouting efforts in the Kennett Consolidated, Unionville-Chadds Ford, Avon Grove, Octorara, Oxford and Cecil County School Districts.
