Landenberg resident Michelle Jorgensen started out collecting shoes as part of a fundraiser for a couple in North Carolina whom she has never met. She hoped to add a couple of hundred pairs to help them meet their quota, but through the power of social media and the generosity of our local community, her collection has climbed over 4,000 pairs and is literally taking over her house. But she isn’t stopping yet.
