The rain passed over and the sky cleared for a beautiful sunset at The Ruins on Sept. 13 for The Land Conservancy for Southern Chester County’s (TLC) third annual Hootenanny Hoedown. Guests danced, bid on more than 60 silent auction items, tried their luck at the gaming tables, and enjoyed the view and food.
