Mowday signs copies of books

Chester County author Bruce Mowday has talks and book signings throughout Chester County in the coming weeks.

Mowday will be signing books, including his “September 11, 1777: Washington’s Defeat at Brandywine Dooms Philadelphia,” on September 20 at the Paoli Battlefield event in Malvern from 10:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Mowday will be signing books at the Downingtown Fall Fest on September 28 from noon until 4 p.m. and will be giving a talk on his latest book, “Pickett’s Charge: The Untold Story” at 7 p.m. at the Brandywine Valley Civil War Round Table in West Chester at borough hall on Oct. 1.

He is also talking about his book “Life With Flavor, the story of Jim Herr and Herr Foods” at the Hilltoppers group at Willistown United Methodist Church on Oct. 1 at 10:30 p.m.

Mowday will have copies of his popular books on “Richie Ashburn: Why The Hall Not” and “Jailing The Johnston Gang: Bringing Serial Murderers To Justice” at other events.
