Avon Grove Recreation Association results

The Avon Grove Recreation Association began the 35th season with the following results:

 

MIXED SENIOR DIVISION: Tom's TV won 3-0 over Davis Accounting. Pierce Tetlow scored one goal, Eve Shipkowski scored one goal and Rick Escobar scored one goal for Tom's TV.  The key player of the game was Rick Escobar who played in goal during the fourth quarter and helped prevent two goals from Davis Accounting.

 

GIRLS SENIOR DIVISION: Oxford Plumbing and Heating, Inc. took the win, 6-2, over Cari Orthodontics.  Michelle LeStourgeon had a hat trick, Rachael Eason netted two goals, and Sabriya Zaman contributed one goal. The key defensive player of the game was Darby Bankoski.  Cari Orthodontics had one goal each from Erica Roland and Brianna Miller with Erica Roland being the key defensive player in goal.

 

MIXED JUNIOR DIVISION: McCormick Orthodontics defeated John Gallen Photographer 4-0.  Jonathan LeStourgeon netted two goals.  Preston Schonour and Gavin Travis each contributed one goal.  Tejvir Gillam Mason Heitman and Keiran Clossey played strong defense for McCormick Orthodontics.  John Gallen Photographer had key defensive play from Isaac Rose and Luke Spatafona in goal.  Billy McAfee had great offensive skills and Neil Pendse was great on defense for John Gallen Photographer.

 

GIRLS JUNIOR DIVISION : Yerkes Insurance won 4-0 over McCormick Orthodontics.  Olivia Slamon scored two goals.  Bridget Keegan and Bridget Lange each contributed one goal for Yerkes Insurance.

 

MIXED ELEMENTARY DIVISION: Kelly's Sports, Ltd. defeated Filacheck's Furniture, 1-0.  Adam Klein scored for Kelly's Sports, Ltd. while Logan Nelson had two saves in goal.  Filacheck's Furniture had key defense from Bryce Perry and Nikhil Pendse and Key offense from Mackenzie Peterson and Ryan Titter.

 

GIRLS ELEMENTARY DIVISION: Nowland Associates Contractors and Abernethy's Auto Body Shop played the last game of the day in the rain with great effort from Jasmeet Gill, Marilyn Dunlap, Arpita Praveen, Isabella Bertolino, Ava Aldana, and Sriya Vangala from Abernethy's Auto Body Shop while Deisy Rose and Aarushi Gunavante represented Nowland Associates Contractors.
