Twenty-year volunteer does matter

Letter to the Editor:

Jim Przywitowski has been serving on many of the township's committees for over 20 years. This is where he has gained the experience to be hands-down the most qualified candidate for supervisor of Kennett Township. Vote for Przywitowski on Nov. 5. In fact, Kennett Township is blessed to have literally hundreds of volunteers who serve on one or more of its committees. By serving on these committees, residents gain firsthand knowledge of how the township works to make our community a great place to live and work. Richard Leff, Jim’s opponent, has never served on any committee and now he expects to start out as a supervisor?  I believe Mr. Leff should start his township career on any of our committees. Say thanks to Jim for all his years of service by electing him our next supervisor on Nov. 5th.

Last week’s letter penned by Jeff Yetter tries in vain to suggest Jim has been supervisor Mike Elling’s ally. Nothing could be further from the truth. Every example Yetter makes is a stretch of his imagination to formulate a reason to vote for his candidate who is tied to special interest groups in the township that do not have all the residents’ best interest in mind. Note to Mr. Yetter: Mike Elling is not running and neither is George Bush. Jim Przywitowski is his own man, is not being propped up by Yetter’s special interest group, or anybody else’s. Vote on Nov. 5 for real leadership experience, vote for Jim Przywitowski.
