Oxford Rotary Club takes steps to making a house beautiful

Club members spent the morning painting the steps, top and bottom, on a two-story outside staircase. Good Neighbors volunteers work to make homes warmer, safer, drier and healthier for qualified homeowners, with a vision of eliminating substandard housing in southern Chester County.
