Despite years of being told that pasta can wreak havoc on our diets, a July 5 report issued by Italian researchers at the IRCCS Neuromed Institute, just debunked that centuries old myth. In fact, after studying the diets of 23,000 people, they found that pasta is actually linked to a decrease in body mass index — and that's not the only benefit.
