Stroll Mt. Cuba Center's gardens to see dye plants that are in season, and then learn the basics of extracting and processing natural dyes, using mordants to fix color, and easy ways to dye fabrics. Select a dye and create a unique, naturally colored silk scarf for the summer season. Be prepared to walk outside.
