Now that the holidays are over and the frigid temps are finally here to stay, many have already slipped into hibernation mode. That’s why Barnaby’s Ridley & The Heritage Ballrooms is bringing back the hottest event of the season on Saturday, January 30 – Freezefest™ '16! With over three thousand people expected to attend, this much-anticipated event will kick off at noon and run until 2 AM and feature over 15 live bands and DJs and 10 themed rooms. It will also host a giant outdoor ice bar, food court, photo booth, custom heated tents, three giant ballrooms, beer pong and baggo tournaments with over $3,000 in cash and prizes, giveaways, local and national celebrity guests, great drink specials and more. Headlining the event will be Brian Quinn from the Seattle rock band Candlebox, who is about to release their new album in April and head out on a worldwide tour, along with 15 other bands and DJs including High Five Swan Dive, The Chatter Band, The Crybabies and more. The area’s best DJs will also be on hand spinning today’s top hits, including Menace Cartel, DJ Louie T, DJ Joey Gunz & Lornezo, Josh Jamz, DJ Mixology, DJ Cody and others. Now in its third year, Freezefest™ will support Vest-A-Cop and Delaware County Law Enforcement Memorial Fund. “I am honored to have been asked to be a part of the Freezefest™ lineup this year,” said Quinn. “I am really looking forward to catching up with everyone before I leave for my tour with Candlebox and it’s for a great cause. I hope to see everyone there.” In addition to the exciting entertainment offered at Freezefest™ '16, there will be drink specials available throughout the event including $4 Bud Light 16 Ounce Aluminum Bottles, $3 Jello Shots and Jack Daniels, SoCo Finlandia Vodka deals.
