We are a non-profit organization that provides services to people in your community with special needs. The Chesco LIFE Program is a countywide program that serves Chester County families who have a child or adolescent that struggles with emotional, behavioral, social needs, intellectual disabilities, and/or have involvement with the dependency or delinquency systems.
