Farm to Fork

This year’s Farm to Fork highlights the abundance of the season while honoring the important role of pollinators. Pollinators play a critical role in agricultural production; they are responsible for 1 of every 3 bites of food we take each day. At Coverdale Farm Preserve, our sustainable agriculture operations work to conserve pollinators. Attendees will enjoy a cocktail reception overlooking the pasture from 6 – 6:45 PM. Afterwards, they will conjoin for a family-style, three-course seated dinner under the stars. The menu will feature seasonal vegetables grown right on the farm, menu pairing by Montrachet Fine Foods featuring chef Susan Teiser, craft brewed Dogfish Head Beer, and gourmet coffees and teas by Java Puppy. The three-course dinner will include free range all natural Angus beef with a fresh herb rub, grilled ratatouille, and radicchio salad with Coverdale Farm honey vinaigrette. The dinner will finish with a creamy dessert featuring Coverdale Farm honey and herbs.
