Harrah’s Philadelphia To Host Classic Rock Revival

“Delco’s Got Talent” Show To Feature Musician Impossible, The Newspaper Taxis and More!

Harrah’s Philadelphia is turning back the hands of time on Friday, August 14 with its much-anticipated tribute to the best classic rock of our generation! “Delco’s Got Talent”, which kicks off at 8 PM, will feature some of the area’s best classic rock cover bands performing the greatest songs of the ‘50s, ‘60s, 70s and ‘80s throughout the evening. Headlining this amazing event is Musician Impossible, the acclaimed classic rock cover band that gained immense popularity in 2013 when it won the esteemed 102.9 WMGK House Band Competition. As the station’s official house band, Mission Impossible performed in front of thousands of fans at WMGK events, including the 2013 “Let Freedom Rock” concert. Today, the band continues to draw significant crowds to its shows up and down the East Coast thanks to its vast song selection from a wide variety of artists. Also on the bill are The Newspaper Taxis, a Beatles tribute band from Philadelphia who perform all of the classic hits from the “The Fab Four”. Featuring members from various original bands in and around the Philly music circuit, The Newspaper Taxis offer fans a unique yet authentic approach to the Beatles’ catalog that have made them one of the most respected Beatles acts in the area today. All attendees must be 21 to enter the event. Tickets will be $10 with a $10 Match Play and Free Valet Parking. Group VIP Bottle Service is available upon request.
