With the rise in popularity of cider, this traditional beverage is once again an American favorite. Join orchardist and cider maker Charlie Thomforde as he discusses the art of turning apples into cider. After the presentation, samples of both traditionally inspired and modern ciders will be offered to attendees. Cider: The Return of an American Tradition is part of Newlin Grist Mill's Talks at the Mill Speaker Series. Cost: $5 members / $7 non-members
