Gentle Yoga

Reduce the aches and pains of age by increasing your range of motion through the practice of yoga in a lovely garden setting. This series of therapeutic exercises is designed to safely promote joint and back health and proper alignment. Bring a yoga mat, beach towel, and wear form-fitting clothing. No experience is necessary. Modifications are encouraged and tailored for individual needs. (Ages 18 and over)
