The Oxford Area Senior Center is also hosting a FREE astronomy program for the beginner enthusiast. The class is being held outdoors at the Senior Center on Wednesday, June 17 at 7 p.m. The class will go on rain or shine so participants should dress appropriately. Presenter Ted Trevorrow, a member of the Delaware Astronomical Society of Mount Cuba Observatory in Greenville Delaware, will discuss and identify planets, stars and a few surprises.
