Turn off the treadmill and forget they gym! Start your day with an invigorating hour-long hike through Mt. Cuba Center's gardens and natural lands. Enjoy the seasonal succession of flora and fauna as you progress through the series and improve your health. Dress for the weather, bring a water bottle, and be prepared for hilly terrain.
