Desserts and Wine

Join chef Karen Bentz for a cooking lesson of delicious desserts, paired with complementary wines. The menu will feature several items -- from light and fruity confections to decadent deep, dark chocolate. This class can be enjoyed as a demonstration for those who would like to sit back and relax or can be hands-on for students who want to be actively involved in the cooking. Either way, you'll learn new culinary techniques and indulge in luscious desserts and wine!
