Comedy of Errors & Pirates
presented by the Kennett Amateur Theatrical Society
The Kennett Amateur Theatrical Society returns to the stage to present its latest Pantomime in the British style, Comedy of Errors and Pirates. It is a thinly veiled tribute to Shakespeare’s renowned play The Comedy of Errors, but with all of the bad jokes and bawdy humor that British Pantomimes entail. True to the tradition, our villains have an evil plot, but, as always, they will be foiled and good will win out in the end. There is lots of great music, silly jokes, colorful costumes and fun audience participation in the production, and a rollicking good time will be had by all.
Performances will be held at the Kennett High School on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. and at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children. While tickets can be purchased at the door, we suggest purchasing your tickets online (www.callkats.org) so that you can choose you seats in advance and avoid the ticketing lines. There is no ticketing fee for online purchases.
