About The Bad News Bears (USA, 1976, 102 minutes)
Cantankerous Morris Buttermaker spends his time cleaning pools and pining for his days as a Minor League ballplayer. But when he agrees to coach a fledgling team, he finds himself overrun with talentless troublemakers. In a desperate (and hilarious) attempt to save face, Buttermaker enlists help from an ex-girlfriend’s daughter and a gifted delinquent. An example of Walter Matthau at his absolute best.
